Orbital Marine Power (Orbital) and Eauclaire Tidal invite interested parties to attend a supply chain engagement event introducing the Orbital technology and Eauclaire Tidal project. The six-turbine tidal energy array, planned for deployment at the Fundy Ocean Research Centre for Energy (FORCE) in Nova Scotia, is expected to create significant opportunities for Canadian companies to participate in manufacturing scopes, marine operations and long-term operational support.

This event will provide an overview of the project, outline expected supply chain opportunities, and introduce the pre-qualification process that will be used to identify potential suppliers.

The event will include presentations from Orbital, Eauclaire Tidal and FORCE representatives, followed by a Q&A session and networking reception.

Attendees will gain insight into:

  • The development of the Eauclaire Tidal Project
  • The growth of the global tidal energy sector
  • Opportunities for manufacturing, marine operations, and service providers
  • Orbital’s supplier pre-qualification and procurement approach
  • How local companies can position themselves to support the project

Companies interested in attending or arranging a follow-up meeting can register their interest by contacting: Sarah Clark, Orbital Marine Power Marketing and Media Manager – s.clark@orbitalmarine.com
